The curfew kicks off Friday, July 11, and goes through Saturday, Aug. 31, intending to “promote the safety and well-being of Laurel’s youth and to support broader public safety goals during the summer months,” according to officials.
Between 11 p.m. and 5 a.m. Sunday through Saturday, anyone under the age of 17 is not permitted to be in any public places.
