Officials said the donation is part of “Ford Building Together,” An initiative by the company to support national nonprofits alongside Ford Philanthropy and dealers, including efforts to aid communities during natural disasters.
Officials continued saying that Ford dealers are loading vehicles for the American Red Cross as well as participating in food drives.
“The funding will support the Community Foundation of the Texas Hill Country and local affiliates of our Building Together partners, including Team Rubicon Central Texas Response, American Red Cross Disaster Fund, Habitat for Humanity Kerr County, and the San Antonio Food Bank,” said officials.
