HATTIESBURG, Miss. (WHLT) – Hattiesburg police are searching for a suspect after a woman was shot in the neck.
The shooting happened in the 200 block of Crowder Street around 11:15 p.m. on July 6.
When officers arrived at the location, they found a 28-year-old woman with a gunshot wound in her neck. She was transported to a local hospital and is in stable condition.
At this time, no suspect has been identified. However, investigators believe this to be an isolated incident.
