Synovus Park ranked No. 3 on Newsweek’s “Best Double-A Ballparks” list

COLUMBUS, Ga. (WRBL) — Synovus Park, home of the Columbus Clingstones, was recently selected as the third best Double-A Ballpark in the U.S. by a Newsweek fan survey.

The ranking comes after a month’s long voting process. Nine other Double-A ballparks were also in the running after being nominated by Newsweek contributors and voted on by readers.

The Clingstones — in their inaugural season — have exceeded attendance records, drawing more than 114,000 fans to the reimagined ballpark.
