The Anderson Police Department is investigating the disappearance of 37-year-old Jeremy Smith. Police describe Smith as a 6-foot-tall, 250-pound white man with brown hair and brown eyes. A photo of Smith, provided by Indiana State Police, can be seen below:
Smith was reportedly last seen around 6:15 p.m. on Tuesday, July 1, in Anderson, approximately 60 miles northeast of Indianapolis. It is unknown what clothes he was wearing at the time of his disappearance.
According to police officials, it is believed Smith is in extreme danger and may require medical assistance.
