Philly to host Nick Castellanos lookalike contest

(WPHL) — Do you think you look like or do you know someone who looks like the Phillies’ favorite right-fielder, Nick Castellanos?

Well, if you do, it’s your time to shine because Philly will be hosting a Nick Castellanos lookalike competition next week!

The event will be held on Friday, July 18, from 5-8 pm at the Fringe Bar and PumpHouse Pizza on 140 N Christopher Columbus Blvd.

Organizers say seating in the beer garden will be first-come, first-served, and the event will move indoors if it rains.

“Come one, come all and see who will be crowned the best Nick Castellanos doppelgänger at Fringe Bar’s beautiful beer garden with scenic views of the Ben Franklin Bridge and Delaware waterfront. Who knows – maybe Nick will show up himself…”, organizers say.

The restaurant will be open at 5 p.m. if youy want to grab a bite to eat such as a Corn Pie or South Philly Roast Pork Pizza, and the contest starts promptly at 7pm.

Nick Castellanos lookalike contestants are asked to register by 6:30pm.

The event will feature some of “Philly’s top sports experts, media personalities, and influencers to judge the contest, while prizes will be fit for foodies and phanatics alike.”
