Paul McCartney to perform at Nationwide Arena this fall

Paul McCartney, 83, is scheduled to perform at Nationwide Arena on Nov. 8 as part of his “Got Back 2025” tour. His stop in Columbus will be his only one in Ohio during the fall tour, which begins Sept. 29 in Palm Desert, California.

Tickets for the Columbus show go on sale Friday, July 18, at 10 a.m. Presale begins at the same time on July 15. Part of the presale also includes limited VIP packages that include reserved seating, access to soundcheck, and much more. Click here to learn more about ticket information.

Other notable tour dates this fall include Nashville on Nov. 6, Pittsburgh on Nov. 1, and two shows in Chicago on Nov. 24 and 25.

This will be McCartney’s first show in Ohio in nine years. The last was when he performed in Cleveland in 2016. McCartney last performed in Columbus in 2015 at Nationwide Arena.

McCartney is one of the most successful musicians of all time and began with The Beatles back in the 1960s. With songs like “Hey Jude”, “Yesterday”, and “Get Back,” McCartney catapulted his name among the best songwriters in music history while with the famed Liverpool group.

After the band broke up, he continued his musical career as a solo artist and formed the band Wings, with whom he wrote hits such as “Band on the Run” and the James Bond theme “Live and Let Die.”
