At least 8 face federal charges after ICE raid at business
HICKORY, N.C. (QUEEN CITY NEWS) — Hickory Police have arrested James David Houser in connection with a homicide that occurred on July 4.
Houser is charged with murder and is currently being held without bond.
Officers responded to a report of an unresponsive woman at the Deluxe Inn at 325 Hwy 70 SW on Friday, July 4. The victim, identified as Mary Elizabeth Ervin, was found dead inside the room from an apparent gunshot wound.
