The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Little Rock District announced Wednesday morning that they began spillway releases at 11 a.m. from Norfork Dam to evacuate flood storage from recent rainfall.
The spillway release combined with hydropower will be 6,300 cubit feet per second.
