In a social media post, CHP backed up its recent enforcement period — “aimed at stopping dangerous behaviors and keeping California roads safe” — and confirmed the statewide crackdown brought in the following numbers:
CHP said its officers were out in full force throughout the state and reminded drivers to stay focused, buckle up and remain sober behind the wheel.
