According to police, on July 5, around 3:45 p.m., officers received reports of a missing 21-year-old non-verbal man with autism after he had run out of his father’s apartment in the 11500 block of Lockwood Drive
RTIC staff were able to spot the man crossing Lockwood Drive toward the White Oak Shopping Center minutes later by using camera systems that were monitoring the area.
Officers then located the man at a Giant grocery store and reunited him with his father before taking both of them home.
