Indiana State Police cancel Silver Alert for New Albany woman

Update (07/08/2025): Indiana State Police have canceled the Silver Alert they issued for Stephanie Vallardes. The New Albany Police Department has confirmed that Vallardes has been found safe and has returned to her family.

FLOYD COUNTY, Ind. — A Silver Alert has been issued for a 35-year-old woman reported missing out of Floyd County.

The New Albany Police Department is searching for Stephanie Vallardes, who is described as a 5’9″ white female weighing 220 pounds with brown hair and brown eyes. She was last seen on Tuesday around noon wearing a blue shirt, light blue jeans and a blue purse.
