Shooting in Baton Rouge leaves 1 injured

BATON ROUGE, La. (Louisiana First) — One person was taken to a hospital in connection with a shooting in Baton Rouge on Monday afternoon.

First responders said the incident happened around 2:20 p.m. on Renoir Avenue near North Ardenwood Drive.

The victim is stable, officials confirmed.
