Kentucky man allegedly caused fire by lighting fireworks inside home
BOWLING GREEN, Ky. (FOX 56) — A Bowling Green man is accused of using fireworks to set a fire inside a Barren County home on Friday.
The FOX affiliate in Louisville, WDRB, reported that Shawn Green Jr. lit a firecracker inside a bedroom and threw it on the bed, sparking the fire.
Green was gone when officers arrived, but he was located in Bowling Green by Kentucky State Police troopers. He was arrested and taken to the Barren County Detention Center.
