(KRON) — A suspect in the killing of 18-year-old Marissa DiNapoli is due to appear in court Tuesday, according to County of Santa Clara court records. Officials announced on Monday that Martin Mendoza, who has been identified as DiNapoli’s boyfriend, had been found and arrested.

Court records indicate Mendoza is currently being held on no bail in the Santa Clara County Main Jail. He is due to appear in court at 1:35 p.m.

Mendoza was first identified as a person of interest in DiNapoli’s disappearance. He was with DiNapoli when she was last seen alive on the morning of June 29. Following a missing person search, her remains were discovered at Anderson Lake County Park on July 2.
