Woman sought in Jackson homicide

JACKSON, Miss. (WJTV) – Jackson police are investigating after a man was killed on July 4.

The incident occurred on AME Logan Street around 4:15 p.m.

Detective Tommie Brown, with the Jackson Police Department (JPD), said the suspect is a woman. So far, no arrests have been made. Police have not identified the victim or the suspect.
