PRINCE WILLIAM COUNTY, Va. (DC News Now) — Prince William County detectives are asking for the community’s help identifying a man who is believed to have taken an inappropriate picture of a teenage girl inside the Potomac Mills mall.
The Prince William County Police Department (PWCPD) said that the man was inside the MINISO clothing store when the alleged incident took place on Wednesday, July 2.
