Well if you have travel plans to get to CENTRAL Texas, you may find it difficult. Flash flood warning emergencies is issued for San Angelo, Kerr and Bandera county. Rainfall accumulations continue to increase as storms remain almost stationary and are expected to continue through the morning. Some folks in the heartland recording over 15″+ of rain as more continues to fall, shelters in place, water rescues are ongoing. For us, we lucked out as a bulk of those showers remained out in the Concho Valley but not before we got our fair share here in Taylor county (between 1″-3″). We are praying for the Concho Valley and Kerr County
