
TOOELE COUNTY, Utah (ABC4) — A new wildfire dubbed the “Tabby Three Fire” has ignited on Stansbury Island in Tooele County, according to Utah Fire Info.
Early estimates show the fire mapped at 25 acres.
Air and ground resources are currently on scene. This fire is under investigation at this time.
A Red Flag Warning is in effect today, July 4, from 12 p.m. to 9 p.m., for the following counties in Utah:
- Kane County
- San Juan County
- Wayne County
- Garfield County
- Washington County
- Beaver County
- Iron County
- Juab County
- Millard County
- Sanpete County
Today’s wildfire risk is considered extreme due to gusty winds and low humidity, according to Utah Fire Info.
