NCSBI launches investigation into local city council member, bureau says

GREENSBORO, N.C. (WGHP) — A Greensboro City Council member is the subject of a probe by the State Bureau of Investigation, the agency confirmed Thursday.

SBI tells FOX8 that the North Carolina Attorney General’s Office asked investigators on June 27 to look into a member of the city council.

The SBI has not released any details on the nature of the investigation or the council member involved at this time.
