Legal Analyst: Can you go to jail for illegal fireworks in North Carolina?

(QUEEN CITY NEWS) — As the Queen City prepares to celebrate the Fourth of July, thousands of fireworks will light up the night sky — but not all of them are legal in North Carolina.

Some fireworks that are perfectly fine just across the border in South Carolina could actually land you with a hefty fine or even jail time here at home.
