(WJET/WFXP) – A Pennsylvania man has been sentenced after attempting to photograph a man using the bathroom and leaving a sexually explicit note on the car of a minor.

On Wednesday, July 2, the McKean County District Attorney’s Office announced that Junior Rainey, a Mount Jewett resident, pled guilty to attempted invasion of privacy and corruption of minors. He was sentenced to serve one to two years in prison, followed by three years of probation.

According to the DA’s office, in April of 2024, Walmart video surveillance caught Rainey placing a note on the car of a 17-year-old, which said “Text if you want (oral sex)” and listed his phone number.

Inside Walmart on the same day, a video showed Rainey enter and exit a bathroom. While inside, Rainey was caught attempting to photograph and record an 18-year-old employee who was in a stall using the restroom.

Rainey was previously convicted of invasion of privacy for an incident that happened in Elk County and was ordered to register as a sex offender.

He is not eligible for early parole.
