On Thursday morning, Trooper Shane Jacobs said Rhonda Michelle Helton, 60, had been reported missing.
🔎 MISSING IN KENTUCKY
She’s described as standing 5’5″ tall and weighing 150 pounds with green eyes and brown hair.
According to Jacobs, Helton is reportedly diagnosed with bipolar disorder and is not taking her medication.
