By rssfeeds-admin (WPHL) — A 19-year-old man has been fatally shot in an early morning shooting in Germantown.
According to Philadelphia, the shooting occurred around 5:30 a.m. near the Morton Playground.
The man was pronounced dead on the scene.
Philadelphia Police say they will be using surveillance cameras in the area to help them figure out what happened.
