On July 2, multiple agencies searched a residence in the 4000 block of Ingram Drive for Chin Lim. He was already wanted for fleeing an officer and was suspected of making a fire bomb.
Chin Lim was taken into custody and was lodged in the Rock County Jail.
He is charged with manufacturing a fire bomb, bail jumping, failure to comply with an officer and fleeing and resisting an officer.
