(WPHL) — Philadelphia Police are searching for a man after he shot a Philadelphia School District Public Safety officer.
Police say the shooting occurred on June 29 at 1:47 a.m. on the 300 block of N. Christopher Columbus Boulevard.
The officer was found inside a marked Philadelphia School District Public Safety vehicle suffering from multiple gunshot wounds to his torso and face.
The suspect is described as a Hispanic male with a bowl-type haircut, wearing a red or orange shirt, and was seen on video operating a white 2017-19 Kia Sportage.
