LaGRANGE, Ga. (WRBL) — The LaGrange Police Department announced on Wednesday that it is actively seeking information pertaining to a 2007 cold case.

The department issued a press release, asking for the public’s assistance in effort to solve a homicide case.

According to LaGrange police, the department is looking to solve the homicide of Denorrius Spearman that happened on April 17, 2007 in the area of Easy and Banks Streets.

Detectives with the LaGrange Police Department believes someone in the community could have critical information that could lead to breakthrough in the case and interested in speaking with anyone who may have been in that particular area on April 17, 2007.

Anyone with information on the cold case is encouraged to contact Detective Shaw at 706-883-2620. Information can also be submitted anonymously through Tip411 via the mobile app, online portal, or by texting the keyword LAGRANGE to 847411.
