Help send Caddo students back to school, donations

CADDO PARISH, La. (KTAL/KMSS) — A Shreveport nonprofit is collecting donations to help Caddo Parish’s students go back to school in style.

Shreveport’s Volunteers for Youth Justice Truancy Assessment Service Center (“TASC”) program is collecting new or gently used uniforms for Caddo Parish students.

The nonprofit is also accepting monetary donations, or you can help by purchasing items from their Amazon Wishlist, which includes essential school supplies such as clear backpacks, notebook paper, pens, and more, as noted in their social media post.

Donation drop-off locations include:
