PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) — A man died in a single-car crash on Hwy 20 near Sisters on Monday morning, according to Oregon State Police.

Officers responded to the crash just before 9 a.m. near milepost 95.

Police said that 63-year-old Randolf Burghart was traveling east on the highway when he left the road for unknown reasons.

“The vehicle struck a guardrail, bounced off, crossed into the oncoming lane, and collided with a tree,” police said.
