RANDOLPH COUNTYN.C. (WGHP) — A North Carolina man accused of trying to solicit a child was arrested on Monday, according to an Invctus Task Force news release.
On June 30, members of the ITF and the Concord Police Department finished an investigation into an act of solicitation by computer.
Dylan James Tyler, 32, of Gastonia, was arrested and charged with one count of felony solicitation of a child by computer and appear.
He was taken to the Randolph County Detention Center and issued a $70,000 secured bond.
The investigation is ongoing.
