(KRON) — One person was killed in a single-car crash in Sonoma County on June 28.
The crash happened around 11:59 p.m. on River Road west of Odd Fellows Park Road, according to Santa Rosa’s California Highway Patrol office.
“A Toyota Camry left the roadway and collided with a tree,” CHP said.
The driver was the only occupant of the car. The person suffered major injuries in the crash and was pronounced dead at the scene. Authorities have not yet released the name of the victim.
The cause of the crash remains under investigation.
