NEW ORLEANS (WGNO) — No matter how you mix it, life seems better with butter.
The better question for New Orleans native and mom of two girls, Amanda Ratcliff was always, how to make butter, better.
WGNO Good Morning New Orleans features reporter Bill Wood goes with Amanda on her search for the answer.
She finds it at the business she calls Buttery Spell.
She believes after just one bite, you will be under that spell.
“That’s why we use the freshest local ingredients and after a lifetime of eating butter, I knew i could make butter better, said Ratcliff.
You can take a bite at Zuppardo’s Family Market.
That’s where her butter is ready to take home.
In flavors like peanut butter, caramel. strawberry. She has savory butters as well.
It was her hobby. Now it’s the full time profession of this New Orleans mom who’s on a mission to make the world better with her Buttery Spell.
