VANCOUVER, Wash. (KOIN) — It’s fireworks season again, but there are restrictions on where they can be used.
Neither Portland nor Vancouver allow fireworks sales or use inside the city limits. In fact, in Portland, sparklers are not allowed.

But elsewhere in Clark County, fireworks sales are allowed in places other than Vancouver. One fireworks stand on NE Fourth Plain Boulevard is raising money for the Evergreen Girls Basketball Team.
Fireworks are allowed in unincorporated Clark County on the 4th of July.
Cannon Beach does not allow fireworks, and fireworks and explosives are not allowed at Oregon State Parks or on the beaches.
