GLASGOW, Ky. (FOX 56) — A man was killed on Saturday night in a crash on Burkesville Road, according to Kentucky State Police (KSP)
According to a news release, troopers with KSP Post 3 were dispatched just before 11 p.m. on Saturday to help deputies in Barren County investigate a deadly crash near Green Valley Road.
The initial investigation showed that Ricky Parsons, 59, was allegedly standing in the road when he was hit by a 2017 Dodge heading east in the left lane on KY-90.
Parsons was reportedly pronounced dead at the scene by the Barren County Coroner’s office.
The deadly crash remains under investigation.
