INTERVIEW: Shingle Creek Center Grand Re-Opening
A strip mall in Brooklyn Center is getting new life Saturday with the grand reopening of the Shingle Creek Center.
A strip mall with 18 spaces, all of which contain businesses owned by BIPOC individuals, is celebrating with a multicultural fair on Saturday from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. in Brooklyn Center.
