SHENANDOAH – The Greater Shenandoah Historical Society will host a talk on notable Shenandoah and Schuylkill County fires this Tuesday.
Mike Kitsock and Michael Glore, authors of “The Great Memorial Day Fire of 1945 and Other Schuylkill County Disasters,” will present the talk. Kitsock is curator of the Schuylkill Historical Fire Society museum on Jardin Street.
It begins at 6:30pm at the Historical Society museum at 201 South Main Street.
Following the talk, the two will sell and autograph their book.
As always, refreshments will follow.
