JACKSON, Miss. (WJTV) – Jackson police arrested a man in connection to a double homicide that occurred in 2024.

Detective Tommie Brown, with the Jackson Police Department (JPD), said Jimmy Lee Davis, Jr., 36, was arrested in connection to the case.

The shooting occurred at Addison Place Apartments on Robinson Street on July 11, 2024. Brown said Fredrick Williams, 50, and Shirley Williams, 75, were shot a the location.
