CHICAGO — A search is underway this week for an endangered woman who officers say has been missing for nearly three weeks.
According to Chicago police, officers are searching for 32-year-old Nicole Eversten, who has been missing since Friday, June 6.
Officers did not provide details on where the missing woman was last seen but said her last known address was in the 1400 block of North Parkside Avenue in Chicago’s North Austin neighborhood. She previously lived in McHenry County.
Eversten. who stands 5-foot-5 and weighs around 140 pounds, has dyed red hair and blue eyes.
Officers described the missing woman as an “endangered missing person,” though it is unclear exactly why.
Police offered details about the woman’s disappearance in a news release shared on Tuesday afternoon, but officers did not say what she was last seen wearing.
