LOVES PARK, Ill. (WTVO) — Loves Park Police arrested Kiel Uecker, 30, for shooting his rifle out of his apartment window.
On June 25, around 11 a.m., officers were called to the 6000 block of John Court for reports of rifle fire the day before.
A woman told authorities that Uecker wanted her to see him shooting the rifle after he had already shot off a round earlier.
Uecker shot another shot from his apartment window, according to court records.
The suspect told officials that he had five guns and that he fired a blank from the rifle.
Uecker is charged with two counts of reckless discharge of a firearm while endangering people.
