TULARE COUNTY, Calif. (KSEE/KGPE) – A man on Tulare County’s list of Top Ten Most Wanted Fugitives was brought into custody Wednesday.
Tulare County deputies say 45-year-old Guillermo Isreal Villareal has been evading law enforcement since 2023 and was wanted in connection with multiple no-bail and felony warrants, accusing him of resisting arrest, fleeing from multiple agencies during vehicle pursuits, and drug offenses.
Villareal was tracked down by the Tulare County Sheriff’s Office CATTCH team on Wednesday and arrested, according to the sheriff’s office.
