The new facility, located within Denver’s thriving Mountain Media Center, will serve as a pivotal hub for EVS’s North American activities. This location was carefully selected to ensure the company can deliver world-class service and support to its growing customer base across the continent. Beyond its role as a customer service center, the Rocky Mountain hub will also feature a training facility, providing opportunities for EVS operators, channel partners, customers and staff to deepen their expertise in EVS solutions and workflows.

“Establishing a hub in Denver reflects our commitment to investing in North American resources as a key pillar of our growth strategy,” said EVS CEO Serge Van Herck. “This expansion responds directly to growing demand for our live production solutions and reinforces our commitment to providing localized support and fostering innovation in one of the region’s most collaborative media environments.”

The EVS Denver office will house a team of professionals, including dedicated support engineers, experienced project managers and expert solution architects, all working in close collaboration with integrated business operations teams. “This multi-faceted team will be instrumental in delivering seamless project execution, offering responsive technical assistance, and developing tailored solutions to meet the evolving needs of EVS clients,” the company says.

This location is equipped with advanced connectivity, enabling EVS to deliver both in-person and remote training activities. EVS operators, clients and partners “will benefit from immersive learning experiences that leverage the latest technologies to master EVS’s innovative products and workflows. The facility’s robust infrastructure and sophisticated network capabilities reflect EVS’s commitment to empowering users with the knowledge and skills needed to thrive in the rapidly evolving broadcast industry,” it says.
