The YouTuber and streamer acquired the Southlands Plantation that includes a 5,746-plus acre estate.

According to Jon Kohler and Associates, the property is a legendary sporting estate that contains a nearly century-long legacy, which was first assembled in 1920s to 1930s by Herbert Stoddard, a pioneering conservationist.
The original 26,000-acre tract eventually became known as the Southlands, according to real estate company.

Kohler describes the Southlands as the “land ownership equivalent to owning an NFL team,” which illustrates a once-in-a-generation asset for Paul.
Some features the ranch has includes: expansive acreage, a diverse habitat, world-class wildlife, recreation, along with exceptional infrastructure and conservation value, according to the real estate agent’s company.

The deal between Paul and Kohler ranks among one of the most expensive private land sales in state history.
