JANESVILLE, Wis. (WTVO) — The third victim of a murder-suicide at a Janesville apartment complex has died, bringing the death total to four.

Janesville Police said the unnamed fourth person had succumbed to injuries suffered on Tuesday, June 17th, at the Aspen Square Apartments, in the 2600 block of N. Pontiac Drive.

Authorities said they were notified of a “family problem” shortly before reports of a shooting at the complex.

Police said when officers entered the apartment, they found an unresponsive adult in the doorway with a visible gunshot wound.

Officers then found three additional adults who had been shot within the apartment.

Police said the surviving adult suffered life-threatening injuries and was being treated at a local hospital, and died Monday morning.

The Rock County Medical Examiner said Julia Cvicker, 25, Jahvarius Wicks, 21, and Scott Roberts, 55, were pronounced dead at the scene.

Authorities determined that one of the individuals involved shot the other three before killing themselves, and a domestic relationship between two of them was revealed as a possible motive.
