Man dies in Osage County rollover crash

OSAGE COUNTY (KSNT) – A Coffey County man is dead following a crash over the weekend.

The Kansas Highway Patrol (KHP) reports the crash occurred just after 6:15 p.m. on Saturday, June 21 on South Jordan Road just north of the West 317th Street Junction. A Chevrolet Silverado was traveling north on South Jordan Road when it left the road on the right.

The driver of the Silverado overcorrected and rolled before coming to a stop in the west ditch upside-down. Waverly resident Louis R. Madden, 27, died in the crash while two five-year-old passengers received minor injuries.
