(WPHL) — Middletown Township Police have released surveillance footage showing the man who shot a 25-year-old victim outside the Oxford Valley Mall on June 19.
According to police, the shooting occurred around 5 p.m. at the SEPTA bus stop outside the JCPenney at Oxford Valley Mall.
The 25-year-old victim was shot in the elbow and stabbed in the arm during the attack. He was taken to St. Mary Medical Center for treatment and has since been released.
Investigators say the “targeted shooting incident remains open, active & ongoing with leads being actively pursued, video sought out, preliminary & follow-up interviews being conducted.”

Police have released photos and surveillance footage showing the suspect from the area of the SEPTA bus stop towards the old Boscov’s building, near the Atlee Square Apartments.
Prior to the shooting, the suspect was caught on camera standing outside the mall near the water fountain talking on his phone, police say.
The suspect is described as an under-30-year-old, tall, thin black male with dreadlocks. He has a unique walking/ running gait.
