PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) — Authorities in Washington County are asking for the public’s help finding the owners of several heirlooms they say were likely stolen during a series of burglaries.
Investigators with the Washington County Sheriff’s Office say they served a search warrant earlier this month on Southwest Vermont Street, where they found large amounts of stolen jewelry and other items.
Authorities say the items include:
- “Assorted necklaces with charms that display family photos”
- “Various watches, including both men’s and women’s styles”
- “Several jewelry boxes of varying size and materials”
The sheriff’s office says if you’re the owner of these items, you must have proof of ownership including, but not limited to, detailed descriptions, photos of the item, or police reports related to the theft.
If you or someone you know believes these items may belong to you, contact the Washington County Sheriff’s Office at 503.846.2700 or email Deputy DeZarn.
