Children’s Playhouse, First Up champion early education for local kids
PHILADELPHIA (WPHL) — The first five years in a child’s life are paramount, according to early child educators. Children’s Playhouse is a development early learning center. With campuses throughout Philadelphia, it partnered with First Up, a program that specializes educators and parents in early childhood development.
