LOUISVILLE, Ky. (FOX 56) — A third Kroger store in Jefferson County is being investigated for pest problems.

On Monday, the Louisville Health Department told WDRB in Louisville that inspectors found evidence of mice at the Kroger at the Manor Shopping Center location last week.

LATEST KENTUCKY NEWS:

The health inspectors told WDRB in Louisville that they’ve gotten about 200 complaints about area grocery stores, with nearly 60 at Kroger stores.

About 20 of those complaints were reportedly rodent issues.

The Kroger on Goss Avenue chose to close on June 13 and remained closed the entire weekend to handle the problem.

The LaGrange Road store received three complaints: May 5, June 6, and June 9. Inspectors reportedly found droppings, but no mice.
