BLACKVILLE, S.C. (WJBF) — Blackville Police are investigating a deadly shooting that left an 18-year-old dead early Sunday morning.
Officials say officers responded around 2 a.m., but found no victims. A second call led them to Oak Street, where Rakel Howard was found shot and killed.
Police, along with SLED and the Barnwell County Coroner, are working to find out who’s responsible.
Anyone with information is urged to contact police.
