Fallen truckload blocking multiple lanes of Bay Bridge

(KRON) — A lost truckload is currently blocking two lanes of traffic on the eastbound Interstate 80 on the San Francisco-Oakland Bay Bridge, according to the California Highway Patrol.

“The [number 3 and 4] lanes are currently blocked due to a load that became separated from its transport vehicle,” CHP shared on social media at 3:41 p.m.

A tow truck is on its way to clear the road. It’s unclear when bridge traffic will fully reopen.
